SANDBOX....
Not made by SAND nor made by BOX...
It's a place in which you can ride a swing that is higher than your house...
Ride a zip line with extra bumps and lumps...
Choose the feeling of dying on Free Fall...
Test your endurance and will to survive with aerial walking, rappelling and wall climbing.
Here's a simple guide for commuters like me!
How to go to sandbox:
1. If you are from south(Laguna Area): Ride a bus in Laguna that will travel to Cubao, drop off in Five Star Bus station.(Almost opposite of Baliwag farther than Aurora Boulevard)
If you are from North Ave. : Ride a bus going to Cubao, drop off baliwag station cross the overpass and walk through five starbus station.
2. On your arrival in Five star bus station, look for a bus going to DAU, ask the driver/conductor to drop you off in DAU terminal.
3. On DAU terminal walk to Sogo Hotel and Go to the other side of the street (Angel's burger side) Then ride a jeep going to SM CLARK.
4. Once you are in SM Clark, go to the opposite entrance of the mall for the other side of tranport, look for the JEEP going to PORAC, ask the driver to drop you off on Alviera lands.
(Note: There are jeepneys offering to give you a ride directly to sandbox)
***If you were dropped in Alviera you need to ride a tricycle going to SANDBOX location, which is a little bit far but still walking distance.
How to go back to EDSA CUBAO from SANDBOX:
1. Ride a tricycle from Alviera and ask the driver to drop you in PORAC jeep terminal to DAU.
2. From Porac, Ride a jeep going to SM Clark or directly to DAU.
3. From SM Clark, ride a jeep to Bus terminal.
***You just need to follow the same route going to sandbox :)
I don't have itinerary but you can travel at 8am and be at SANDBOX around 10 or 11 am...
You can experience all the fun rides and complete it at around 3pm...
Money Matters(Estimate Only): (YEAR 2015)
Tips:
-Ask the driver if you are still not sure about the exact drop off point.
-Be sun ready, Bring Sun block, Sun glasses and comfortable clothes.(It's up to you)
-If you plan to try rappelling and wall climbing be sure to wear appropriate shoes so you won't slip.(You can wear any, it's up to you! I'm just suggesting here)
-Bring snacks/lunch they don't have multiple store on the place, they only have one, it's affordable anyway (Note they have corkage for food - P100 per person)
-Bring water :)
-Check the weather before traveling, the place is open area so you better be sure before going to the battle field.
